Misha AI vs Triple Whale

Triple Whale to measure. Misha to act on the measurement. These are complements more than substitutes.

Triple Whale is a good product and a category leader in Shopify analytics and attribution. If you want dashboards, pixel-based attribution and a single view of spend against revenue, that is what it is for.

Misha is not a measurement tool. He reads the same imperfect data, says plainly what he can and cannot stand behind, then pauses the campaign, builds the segment and drafts the flow. Most of our customers keep an attribution tool and run Misha on top of it.

Honestly

Where Triple Whale is the better choice

Measurement is their whole product

Attribution modelling, pixel infrastructure and dashboards are what they build. Misha reads data; he is not trying to be your source of truth for attribution.

You want a dashboard people look at

If your team wants a shared visual surface with real-time tiles, that is Triple Whale's core competence and not Misha's. He answers in Slack.

Cheaper entry

Triple Whale publishes a Foundation tier from around $219 per month. Misha starts at $290.

They have an AI too

Triple Whale ships Moby, its own assistant over your data. If a chat layer on your dashboard is all you want, you may already have it.

The other side

Where Misha wins

He acts on the number

This is the whole difference. Triple Whale shows ROAS falling on a campaign. Misha finds it, tells you what he would do, and pauses it once you agree. A number you did not act on was not worth measuring.

Someone actually does the analysis

The LTV-by-channel work every dashboard makes possible is manual, so in practice it happens once a quarter. Misha does it on a schedule and puts the answer where you already are.

Beyond ads, into retention and margin

Subscription churn cause, contribution margin per SKU after shipping and discounts, cohorts by first product. Attribution tools are strongest on acquisition; a lot of a growing brand's profit problem is after the first order.

Honest about what is unknowable

Ad blockers, iOS and anonymisers remove a real share of traffic from any pixel. Misha says which numbers he stands behind rather than presenting a modelled figure with false confidence.

Questions

Misha AI vs Triple Whale

Is Misha AI a Triple Whale alternative?

Not really a replacement. Triple Whale is a measurement and attribution platform; Misha is an operator that reads data and performs work. Most Misha customers keep their attribution tool. If you are choosing one and you already know what your numbers say but nobody has time to act on them, Misha is the gap.

Do I need both Triple Whale and Misha AI?

Many brands run both. If you have no measurement layer at all, start there. If you have dashboards nobody opens and analysis that never gets done, that is the problem Misha solves.

How is Misha different from Triple Whale's Moby?

Moby is a chat layer over Triple Whale's data. Misha reads across Shopify, ad platforms, email and subscription billing, and can take approval-gated actions in those tools — pausing a campaign, building a segment, sending a flow. The difference is write access and scheduled work, not conversation.
