Privacy policy

Misha AI is operated by Finsi Inc. (“Finsi”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted. It covers both this website and the Misha product.

What we collect

From this website. Pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and any campaign parameters in the URL. If you book a call, the name, email and answers you give the scheduling form.

From the product. When you connect an integration, we receive data from that platform as authorized by the scopes you grant. Depending on the integration this includes orders, customers, products, subscriptions, campaign performance, spend, and email engagement. We also store the messages you exchange with Misha.

Why we process it

• To provide the analysis, reporting and actions you ask for.
• To operate and secure the service, including diagnosing failures.
• To bill you, and to contact you about your account.

Sub-processors

Misha uses third-party language models to generate analysis and content. Data sent to them is limited to what a given request needs. Our current model providers are Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. Scheduling is handled by Calendly.

We do not train models on your data, and our model providers are contractually bound not to train on data submitted through their business APIs.

Advertising and audiences

We advertise Misha AI on platforms including Meta and OpenAI. To do that we may create custom audiences by sharing a one-way cryptographic hash of the email addresses of our own customers and prospects with those platforms, so they can match them against their own users. We never upload the raw address, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it.

We use these audiences to reach people similar to our existing customers, and to exclude people who are already customers from prospecting campaigns.

We never use data belonging to our merchant customers for this. Where we process a merchant’s own customer data we act as a processor on their behalf. That data is used solely to provide the service to that merchant, and is never used for our own marketing, our own advertising audiences, or shared with any advertising platform.

To be excluded from our advertising audiences, email privacy@finsi.ai and we will remove you and suppress future uploads. You can also opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.

Where it lives

Each customer’s data is held in an isolated database schema. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest and are never included in a prompt sent to a model provider.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can revoke any integration at any time, which ends our access to that platform immediately. On termination we delete customer data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
