Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Misha AI, operated by Finsi Inc. (“Finsi”). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Misha connects to third-party platforms you authorise, analyses the data it finds there, and — with your confirmation — performs actions in those platforms on your behalf.

Actions taken on your behalf

You are responsible for the actions you approve. Misha presents each proposed write action before it runs and executes it only after you confirm. Where you configure autonomous actions, you remain responsible for the guardrails you set. Misha is a language model working over your data: it is capable but not infallible, and you should review consequential decisions as you would those of a new analyst.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to grant us access to the accounts you connect.
• You must comply with the terms of the platforms you connect, including Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Recharge.
• You must not use the service to send unlawful communications or to process data you have no lawful basis to process.

Fees

Plans are billed in advance, annually or monthly, at the rates agreed in your order. Generation beyond your plan’s included volume is billed in arrears at the stated per-asset rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Term and termination

Either party may terminate at the end of the then-current billing term with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend the service immediately for non-payment or for use that threatens the security of the platform.

Intellectual property

We own the service. You own your data and the outputs Misha generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finsi’s aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
